A fifteen year old boy was riding his dirt bike on someone elses property without them knowing. He wrecked into a pole while trying to hurry home for his mothers birthday. He died when he wrecked and his parents are suing the land owners.
My question is-- Do you think the are liable for the childs death?
I do not think they should be sued because they did not know the boy was riding the dirt bike. It is not their fault that he was riding his dirt bike and crashed, his parents should be liable.
